Section 13b-354a-1 - Form of complaint(a) All complaints shall cite by appropriate reference the statutory authority under which relief is sought.(b) All complaints shall include the exact location and nature of the debris alleged to be in violation of Sec. 3 of Public Act 89-372.(c) All facts stated in the complaint must be verified by the oath of a recognized railroad labor representative.Conn.
