Section 10-153f-9 - Role of the board(a) The Board shall review the recommendations forwarded by the Commissioner. The Board may approve or reject any or all of the recommendations submitted by the interview committee. For good cause, the Board may direct the interview committee to review any applicant.(b) The Board shall submit its list of qualified impartial arbitrators to the Governor.
