Section 4 CCR 754-1.1 - Authority

These rules and regulations are adopted pursuant to the authority in sections 12-20-204 and 12-165-105(1)(a), C.R.S., and are intended to be consistent with the requirements of the State Administrative Procedures Act, sections 24-4-101, et seq., C.R.S. (the "APA"), and the Radon Measurement and Mitigation Licensing Act., sections 12-165-101, et seq., C.R.S. (the "Practice Act").
