Section 4 CCR 732-1.1 - AUTHORITY

These regulations are adopted pursuant to the authority in sections 12-20-204 and 12-285-106(2)(b), C.R.S., and are intended to be consistent with the requirements of the State Administrative Procedures Act, section 24-4-101et seq. (the "APA"), C.R.S., the Physical Therapy Practice Act, sections 12-285-101et seq. (the "Practice Act"), C.R.S.
