Section 4 CCR 723-3-3539 - Security Assessment(a) The utility shall provide a narrative assessment of the reliability and resilience of the distribution grid with respect to cybersecurity and physical security, including:(I) current status of distribution grid reliability and plans for improving reliability, including areas of the grid where reliability problems have been identified, with plans for resolving them.
