Section 3 CCR 721-1.1 - DEFINITIONSIn addition to the definitions set out in sections 12-245-202 and 12-245-301, C.R.S., unless the context requires otherwise, as used in these Rules:
A. "The Board" means the State Board of Psychologist Examiners established pursuant to section 12-245-302, C.R.S.B. "Director" means the Board's Program Director and staff.C. "Employment counseling" means professional activities that are provided on a short-term basis and that are intended to assist individuals with locating, applying for, interviewing, or otherwise successfully securing paid employment.D. "License in good standing" means a license that is not restricted in any manner.E. "Licensee" as contemplated under section 12-245-225(2), C.R.S., shall include any person who has been licensed as a psychologist or a psychologist candidate at any time under the Mental Health Practice Act pursuant to section 12-245-301, et seq., C.R.S.F.
