Section 3 CCR 716-1.7 - [Repealed]A.BASIS: The authority for the promulgation of these rules and regulations by the State Board of Nursing is set forth in sections 12-20-204(1), 12-255-107(1)(j), and 12-255-119(1)(c) and (d), C.R.S.B.PURPOSE: The purpose of the deletion of Rule 1.7 , Initial Decisions and Related Matters, is to remove the Initial Decision rules. The Rules are no longer necessary because the Division of Professions and Occupations is implementing a new policy whereby Initial Decisions are handled.
