Section 3 CCR 707-1.25 - LICENSURE & CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: CREDIT FOR MILITARY EXPERIENCEThis Rule is promulgated pursuant to sections 12-20-204 and 12-215-105(1)(a), C.R.S. The purpose of this Rule is to outline the conditions and procedures governing the evaluation of an applicant's military training and experience under section 12-20-202(4), C.R.S.
A. An applicant for chiropractic licensure may submit education, training, or experience acquired during military service for the Board's consideration in determining eligibility for licensure or certification.B. It is the applicant's responsibility to provide timely and complete information for the Board's review.C. In order to be considered acceptable toward meeting the requirements for licensure or certification, such education, training, or experience must be equivalent to the qualifications and requirements otherwise applicable at the time the application is submitted to the Board.D.
