Section 2 CCR 406-17-1703 - DAMAGE CAUSED BY BIG GAME UNDER CONTROL OF THE DIVISION OR BY PREVENTION MATERIAL BEING USED BY THE DIVISIONA. When big game are being moved or are under the direct control of Division personnel and cause damage to real or personal property, the following provisions shall apply: 1. When damage is noticed by Division personnel, such damage shall be reported to the property owner, lessee or person in charge immediately and confirmed in writing within 5 days.2. The amount of the claim shall be determined by the actual value of property at the time of damage.3.
