Rule 1 CCR 301-62.2224-R-4.00 - ADVISORY COMMISSIONS4.01 A six-member advisory commission, established by the Colorado State Board of Education, is charged with assisting the ELA and assessment units with the alignment of federal and state legislative - mandates pertaining to the assessment of limited English proficient students. The board will continue to define and support the development of future structures.
