Section 1 CCR 301-39-11 - Timely Payment of School District Obligations11.01 If a district has bonds or other obligations described in Section 22-41-110, C.R.S., and does not have adequate funds to pay principal and interest payments due, such district shall notify the Department in writing of its inability to pay no later than 20 calendar days prior to the payment due date.43 CR 19, October 10, 2020, effective 10/30/202047 CR 08, April 25, 2024, effective 5/15/2024
