Section 1 CCR 301-2.00 - Definitions2.00(1)Department: The Department of Education created pursuant to section 24-1-115, C.R.S.2.00(2)High School Equivalency Diploma: means a diploma issued by the Department of Education which indicates that the holder has met the minimum score requirements on the State Board approved high school equivalency examination(s).2.00(3)High School Equivalency Examination(s): The State-Board-approved battery of tests that are designed to measure the major outcomes and concepts generally associated with four years of high school education pursuant to section 22-33-102 (8.5), C.R.S.39 CR 01, January 10, 2016, effective 1/30/2016
