Section 12 CCR 2512-2-12.530 - ELIGIBILITY

Applicants who meet BOTH of the following criteria are eligible to receive Program services:

1. The applicant has a brain injury, and,

2. The applicant lives within the State of Colorado and considers Colorado to be their place of residency.
