Section 12 CCR 2512-2-12.120.4 - FAIR HEARING

Any request for a State level fair hearing shall be in accordance with State Food Stamp rules, as found in Staff Manual Volume 4B (10 CCR 2506-1), Sections B-4410, B-4410.3, and B-4410.34.
