Section 12 CCR 2510-1-10.422.61 - Physical Examination [Rev. eff. 12/1/10]A. Each individual selected for enrollment shall be offered a physical exam.B. Physical exams are a program benefit and shall not be used as a basis to deny enrollment unless the program activity would present a danger to the individual's health or safety.C. Additional physical exams or additional signed waivers shall be required during an individual's participation in community service employment annually.D. Individuals who are terminated and subsequently re-enrolled shall not be required to have a physical exam or sign a waiver, if their last exam or signed waiver occurred within twelve months of their date of re-enrollment.E. Subsequent exams or waivers for terminated and re-enrolled individuals shall be scheduled within twelve months of the last exam.39 CR 01, January 10, 2016, effective 2/1/2016
