Section 12 CCR 2510-1-10.422.23 - Non-Discrimination [Rev. eff. 12/1/10]A. Sub-grantee contracts shall include assurances concerning non-discrimination in all activities related to the administration of the program.B. No sub-grantee or staff person of the sub-grantee shall discriminate, exclude from participation, or deny benefits to eligible individuals because of the individual's race, ethnicity, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, handicap, political beliefs, or age, except where age is a valid consideration as described in these rules.39 CR 01, January 10, 2016, effective 2/1/2016
