Section 12 CCR 2510-1-10.422.1 - SCSEP Eligibility [Rev. eff. 2/1/16]A. Potential enrollees in the SCSEP shall meet eligibility criteria as described in Section 516(2) of the OAA.B. Enrollees shall be eligible to remain in the program for a maximum duration of forty-eight (48) months in the aggregate (whether or not consecutive).C. Enrollees shall re-certify income eligibility at least once every twelve months. Participants that become ineligible due to changes in income shall be given a written notice of termination within thirty days and terminated after thirty days from receipt of written notice. The enrollee shall be referred to the one stop delivery system or other partner programs.39 CR 01, January 10, 2016, effective 2/1/2016
