Section 12 CCR 2510-1-10.412.76 - Nutrition Counseling [Rev. eff. 12/1/10]Nutrition service providers shall:
A. Provide for nutrition screening of all consumers and provide nutrition education and nutrition counseling; and,B. Maintain client records in a confidential manner. These files must be kept in a locked cabinet and shall be kept at the program office(s).39 CR 01, January 10, 2016, effective 2/1/2016
