Section 12 CCR 2510-1-10.412.7 - Nutrition Services (Home Delivered) Provider Responsibilities and Requirements (General) [Rev. eff. 12/1/10]A. All providers shall operate in full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local fire, health, safety, sanitation, and other standards prescribed in law or regulations.B. All providers shall keep such records and information as necessary to document the services provided to consumers receiving care.C. Nutrition projects shall provide five (5) days or more per week, at least one home delivered hot, cold, frozen, dried, canned, fresh, or supplemental foods (with a satisfactory storage life) meal per day, and any additional meals which the nutrition project may elect to provide except in rural areas where such frequency is not feasible and a lesser frequency is approved by the SUA.D.
