Section 12 CCR 2510-1-10.402.64 - Nursing Facility Respite Care [Rev. eff. 12/1/10]A. For each respite consumer, the facility shall provide an initial assessment as described in Section 10.401.25, which shall serve as the plan of care; obtain physicians' treatment plan and diet orders; and have a chart for the consumer. The chart shall identify the individual as a respite consumer.B. Admission to a nursing facility for respite care shall not require the same forms as required for a routine nursing facility admission.C. The nursing facility shall have written policies and procedures available to staff regarding respite care consumers.39 CR 01, January 10, 2016, effective 2/1/2016
