Section 12 CCR 2510-1-10.402.62 - Institutional Respite Care [Rev. eff. 12/1/10]A. Institutional respite care includes services provided on a short-term basis (i.e., less than thirty (30) consecutive days) in an assisted living residence or nursing facility.B.
