Section 12 CCR 2510-1-10.210 - PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT [Rev. eff. 2/1/16]A. Program development activities shall include establishment of a new service or improvement, expansion, or integration of existing services.B. Program development services shall meet the following criteria to be funded with Title III, as defined at Section 10.120 "Definitions", Part B, supportive services funds: 1. Activities intended to achieve a specific service(s) goal or objective; and,2. Activities occurring during a specifically defined and limited period.39 CR 01, January 10, 2016, effective 2/1/2016
