Section 12 CCR 2509-7.610 - LOCAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESSA. County department staff shall advise clients orally and in writing at the time of application of their right to appeal a county department decision either to the State Department for a fair hearing and/or to the county department for a local level dispute resolution conference.B. Clients or recipients shall be advised in writing and provided an opportunity for a county level dispute resolution conference within ten (10) calendar days of the mailing date of notice of a decision by the county department of the denial, decrease, discontinuation, or modification of human or social services, and/or Medicaid for children in foster care.
