Rule 8 CCR 1505-7-6 - Other Notices of Liens6.1 Policy statement. This rule describes records of liens that the Secretary of State maintains according to statutes other than the UCC that the Secretary of State treats in a manner substantially similar to UCC records and that are included in search results obtained through the electronic searching application.6.2 Notice of federal tax lien.
