Section 8 CCR 1504-10-12 - REPORTING TAX CREDITS

12.1 All Reviewing Entities shall provide a report to the Historical Society of all tax credit certificates issued by March 1^st, June 1^st, September 1^st,, and December 1^st annually.

12.2 The Historical Society shall provide a report to the Department of Revenue specifying the ownership of tax credits by March 15^th, June 15^th, September 15^th, and December 15^th annually.
