Section 7 CCR 1107-5.7 - Duration of Private Plan Approval; Renewal Requirements1. Unless otherwise authorized by the Division pursuant to these rules, private plan approval expires after eight years from the date that the private plan went into effect.2. Beginning in November 2024 and every November thereafter, employers with approved private plans must annually submit an attestation to the Division that their contact information is accurate and their approved private plan continues to satisfy the requirements of the FAMLI Act and its implementing regulations. Such attestation must be in the form and manner specified by the Division on its website. Failure to submit an attestation may result in the Division's withdrawal of the private plan approval.3. Employers seeking renewal of their private plan approval must submit an application for renewal at least sixty (60) days before the expiration of their private plan approval.
