15.0.2Concurrency of Benefits.

1. Benefits under the FAMLI Act and its implementing regulations do not run concurrently with benefits under the Colorado Employment Security Act, C.R.S. § 8-70-101 et seq. or its implementing regulations ("CESA"), including Workshare.
