Rule 7 CCR 1103-6-9 - Appeals
9.1 A complainant or respondent may appeal a Division determination pursuant to Rule 6 of the Wage Protection Rules, 7 CCR 1103-7, to the maximum extent consistent with the Colorado Administrative Procedure Act, C.R.S. §§ 24-4-105, 24-4-106.
