Part 2 - [Effective 10/15/2024] DEFINITIONS

The definitions under 6 CCR 1011-1, Chapter 4, Part 2, Definitions, apply unless context dictates otherwise. In addition, the following definition shall apply:

2.1 "Licensed hospital unit" means a physical portion of a licensed or certified general hospital, psychiatric hospital, or rehabilitation hospital which is leased or otherwise occupied pursuant to a contractual agreement by a person other than the licensee of the host facility for the purpose of providing outpatient or inpatient services.
