Part 4 - GENERAL BUILDING AND FIRE SAFETY PROVISIONS

4.1 Any construction or renovation of a community clinic initiated on or after July 1, 2020, shall conform to Part 3 of 6 CCR 1011-1, Chapter 2, unless otherwise specified in this chapter.

4.2 Any community clinic operating inpatient beds shall also comply with the requirements at Part 19.9 of this chapter.
