Section 6 CCR 1009-2-V - Denial of attendanceA. A student who is: not in-process, not appropriately vaccinated for his/her age, or not exempt shall be denied attendance in accordance with the law.B. If the student is attending a school that is not subject to the School Attendance Law, section 22-33-101 et seq., C.R.S., school officials shall take appropriate action to deny attendance to the student in accordance with that school's procedures or contract with the student.
