Section 6 CCR 1007-3-100.5.511 - ISSUANCE AND EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT(a) The Director should render a final permit decision within 90 days after the close of the public comment period under § 100.506. The Director shall notify the applicant and each person who has submitted written comments or requested notice of the final permit decision.
