Section 5 CCR 1001-24-B-VII - Environmental Performance LabelsVII.A. It is unlawful for any person to sell or register, offer for sale or lease, import, deliver, purchase, rent, lease, acquire, or receive a 2022 through 2025 model year and 2027 through 2032 model year new Passenger Car, Light-Duty Truck, Medium-Duty Passenger Vehicle, or Medium-Duty Vehicle in Colorado to which emissions control labels and environmental performance labels have not been affixed pursuant to the requirements of California Code of Regulations, Title 13, Section 1965.46 CR 10, May 25, 2023, effective 6/14/202346 CR 21, November 10, 2023, effective 12/15/2023
