Rule 1 CCR 104-3-13 - Witnesses

Only endorsed witnesses may testify in a party's case-in-chief. Endorsed witnesses are witnesses listed on either the Application or the Response to Application, witnesses added by written notice before the hearing date is confirmed, witnesses added by written agreement of the parties, or witnesses added by order of an ALJ for good cause shown.
