Section R-24-103-208 - Other Procurement Methods

In addition to the methods of procurement identified in section 24-103-201, C.R.S., the following other procurement methods are allowed:

(a) Competitive reverse auctions;

(b) Competitive negotiation;

(c) Invitation to negotiate; and

(d) Special circumstance procurement.
