Section 15.08 - Severability(1) If any provision of 940 CMR 15.00 is held invalid, it shall not affect the validity of any other provision of 940 CMR 15.00.(2) If the application of any provision of 940 CMR 15.00 to any person or under any particular circumstance is held invalid, it shall not affect the validity of the application of the provision to any other person or under any other circumstance.
