Section 21.26 - Disabled Aircraft(1) The pilot or operator thereof shall be responsible for the prompt disposal of wrecked or disabled aircraft and parts at the direction of the Executive Director; in the event of his failure to comply, wrecked or disabled aircraft and parts may be removed by the Executive Director at the operator's and/or owner's expense and without liability for damage which may result in the course of such removal.(2) In order to restore flight service, the Executive Director or his agent may remove damaged or disabled aircraft from the landing areas or ramp and apron areas of the Airport at the expense of the operator and/or owner and without liability for damage which may result in the course of such removal.
