Section 5.03 - Waivers of Continuing Education Requirements(1) The Board may waive the continuing education requirement for any Registrant who, for reasons of health, disability, out of state military service, or undue hardship, cannot meet the requirements.(2) An application for a waiver shall be submitted to the Board on a form provided by the Board.(3) Waivers of continuing education requirements shall be effective for no more than one year, beginning the day after the license expires.(4) A Registrant may apply for three consecutive waivers.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1355, eff. 12/29/2017.
