The Director of Registration shall employ professional independent testing services for the preparation of licensure examinations. Unless otherwise required by law, the Boards of Registration shall be authorized to invite offers from interested testing services. The topics to be tested shall comply with applicable provisions of the law governing the particular Board. The Boards shall present all offers received to the Director of Registration along with their comments and recommendations. The Director shall then be authorized to enter into a contract with the professional independent testing service that most favorably meets the Director's specifications.
