Section 97.01 - Purpose, Scope and Authority

211 CMR 97.00, promulgated pursuant to M.G.L. c. 174A, M.G.L. c. 175, § 193R and M.G.L. c. 175A governs the procedures for the cancellation and non-renewal of Motor Vehicle Insurance Policies.
