If any provision of 211 CMR 7.00, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, such determination of invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of 211 CMR 7.00 which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to that end the provisions of 211 CMR 7.00 are severable.
