Section 630.413 - Chore Services(A)Conditions of Payment. Chore services are covered only on a one-time or infrequent basis and only when an unusual household task is required to be performed to maintain a participant's home in a clean, sanitary, and safe condition.(B)Nonpayable Services. Chore services are not covered when the participant or someone else in the household is capable of performing the tasks or when a relative, caregiver, landlord, community/volunteer agency, or third-party payer is capable of or responsible for provision of the tasks.
