Section 432.419 - Payment for Therapy Services

The Executive Office of Health and Human Services establishes the rates payable for therapy services. See101 CMR 339.00: Restorative Services. Payment is always subject to the conditions, exclusions, and limitations set forth in 130 CMR 432.000 and 130 CMR 450.000: Administrative and Billing Regulations.
