Section 417.406 - In-state Providers: Reporting Requirements

All psychiatric day treatment programs must complete and submit a Uniform Financial Report annually to the Division according to the Centers for Health Information and Analysis and comply with all other applicable reporting requirements as specified in 957 CMR 6.00: Cost Reporting Requirements.
