The purpose of 119 CMR 1.00et seq. is to establish standardized policy and procedures for The Soldiers' Home in Holyoke (SHH), its agencies and their state funded or operated programs regarding the review of criminal records of candidates under consideration for employment or regular volunteer or training service in positions at these programs. The Criminal History Systems Board (CHSB) has authorized SHH agencies and vendor agencies to receive criminal record information regarding present or prospective employees in any SHH funded or operated program.
