Section 12.11 - Post Audit and Compliance Review(1) The Department may conduct periodic reviews of a hiring authority's documentation of compliance with 115 CMR 12.00.(2) If such review or other relevant information obtained by the Department raises concerns about the hiring authority's compliance, the Department may require the hiring authority submit any such documentation demonstrating its compliance with 115 CMR 12.00.(3) In the event of noncompliance by a hiring authority with any provision(s) of 115 CMR 12.00, the Department may terminate a hiring authority's contract or revoke its license, funding, or approval, or take such other action(s) it determines appropriate.Adopted by Mass Register Issue 1326, eff. 11/18/2016.
