Section 1.05 - Notice of Appeal Rights(1) Every individual shall be informed in writing at the time of application and at the time of notification of any Commission action affecting his or her services of: (a) the right and the procedures to appeal service determinations including priority category designation(b) how to contact the Client Assistance Program of the Massachusetts Office on Disability(2) The Commission shall notify an individual in writing before any service determination which will result in a denial, suspension, reduction, or termination of a vocational rehabilitation service or services that are identified in an individual's IPE (Individualized Plan for Employment).(3) The notice shall be dated and shall include a brief statement informing the individual of the reasons for the action to be taken. The notice shall also inform the individual of the procedures for challenging the proposed action.
