A family type camp ground shall be located only where:
(1) Surface drainage conditions create no health or safety hazard;(2) Water supply and sewage disposal facilities are in accordance with 310 CMR 15.00: Subsurface Disposal of Sanitary Sewage (Title V) and 310 CMR 22.00: Drinking Water Regulations;(3) Traffic conditions create no undue safety hazards.
