Section 164.107 - Required AgreementsLicensed and Approved Providers providing medically monitored or medically managed withdrawal services shall have QSOAs for the provision of the following services as needed:
(A) Psychiatric consultative, diagnostic and evaluative services;(B) Acute 24-hour diversionary service medical or psychiatric hospitalization;(C) Emergency medical and psychiatric services; and(D) Any specialized services a program provides through special arrangement, purchase or contract.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1482, eff. 11/11/2022.
