Upon approval of an application, the Commissioner shall register the temporary nursing service agency at each location approved for a period of two years subject to renewal. The registration shall not be transferable. The registrant shall comply with 105 CMR 157.000. A renewal application filed in accordance with the provisions of 105 CMR 157.120 and 157.140 shall have the effect of a registration until the application is acted upon by the Commissioner.
